Few things in this world happen to match the extreme beauty of a California landscape, and lucky for potential house seekers, this compound for sale in the Golden State has an overabundance of extremely gorgeous views to feast eyes upon.

Its name is the Casitas Estate, and it sits within the dramatic hills of Arroyo Grande. Listed for $4.35 million, the residence has a lot to offer within its 12 acres across two parcels, the listing on Lindsey Harn Group and Christie’s International Real Estate shows.

“This custom single-level Mediterranean oasis offers unparalleled views and a unique retreat experience,” the listing shows. “The main residence spans nearly 7 acres and features a grand entrance with a circular drive and mature landscaping, reminiscent of a 5-star resort.”

The estate is a licensed bed and breakfast and has a primary residence, four cottages, a pool house and so much more. The owners, Anton and Patricia Goetz, have had the property since 2008 and have added onto the estate over the years, Patricia told the Sacramento Bee.

“We have made so many improvements, but highlights include the pool, enhancing the lawn and Gardens, adding an estate Syrah vineyard (called Obispeño), talavera tile pathways, solar panels to power the entire estate and panels to warm the pool’s water, and a generator to ensure our guests have a seamlessly enjoyable experience,” Patricia said.

Patricia went on to say the estate is perfect for VRBO stays since guests have their own private cottages that include a private deck and views.

The owners live in the primary house, which offer up nature’s finest features.

“We live in the main hacienda where every sunrise and sunset is different-being perched on a hill, we also see ‘phantom rivers’ on occasion where the marine layer lies below us in the morning and then disappears into sunshine mid morning,” Patricia described.

“We have just the best weather, sunny days in the 70’s and cool evenings for sleeping. The gardens and being in such a natural environment are also hard to beat!”

Features of the estate, per the listing, include:

  • Seven private patios
  • Gardens
  • 780-square-foot-garage
  • 25-meter solar-assisted pool

The home is near so many different locations that California has to offer, including beaches, lakes, wineries, golf courses and biking trails.

The listing is held by Lindsey Harn.

Arroyo Grande is about an 80-mile drive northwest from Santa Barbara.
